About Us (a.k.a. The League of Random Minds)
We’re a band of independent authors and editors born somewhere between cassette tapes and floppy disks. Yep, we were kids in the glorious chaos of the 1980s. The era of rotary phones, glow-in-the-dark stars on bedroom ceilings, The Goonies, and watching Back to the Future on VHS (rewinding included, obviously). Somehow, we made it out alive, and now we make books.
Books full of weird, wonderful, and wildly useless (yet oddly fascinating) facts.
We’re all hovering around 40, but don’t let the age fool you. We’re still those same nerdy kids who grew up reading comics under the covers, building volcanoes for science fairs, and arguing over whether Batman could beat Spider-Man (spoiler: we’re still arguing).
Random Publishing is our love letter to curiosity, the kind that keeps you up at 2AM wondering how many rubber ducks it would take to fill the Grand Canyon. We adore history, science, pop culture, trivia, bizarre laws, urban legends, and all the little corners of knowledge that make you say: Wait, what?!
Our creative meetings are basically pizza-fueled trivia throwdowns. Picture this: one of us casually mentions the truth about dragons in ancient maps, someone else chokes on a slice of pepperoni, and ten minutes later we’re planning the next book.
We’re not some giant publishing empire (yet). In a world where publishing is like trying to shout your name at a rock concert, we’re here waving glow sticks, dancing badly, and handing out flyers that say: “Did you know octopuses have three hearts?”
